So I ordered 100 pounds of this dry rock for my 125 gallon tank. Took about 4 days to receive, not bad. I didn't put any notes with my order, I wasn't too picky, wasn't really planning anything specific with my scaping. I got two 50 pound boxes and I expected a total of about 6-8 large pieces (8-10 inches) and a handful of medium/small pieces. I got a good 8 big pieces (larger than footballs), 5 or 6 slightly smaller (maybe a little smaller than a cantaloupe) and a couple fist size pieces. Only had about 2-3 pounds of rubble/break off, nicely packaged.
As a side note for people, I'm using this in a freshwater tank. African Cichlids. A buddy of mine has been running this rock in his African tank for over a year with great results. This rock acts as a great pH buffer for those freshwater fish that thrive at higher pH's AND gives you a great medium for biological filtration just like in saltwater tanks. I haven't put these in my 125 tank yet, but from the looks of it I don't think I'll need more rock. Once I move on to saltwater (need a bigger house and maybe a raise at work!!), I plan on ordering from Marco again. Awesome looking rock for any setup!
